This is a lovely Stacked Coins Quilt made of high-quality cottons (circa 1990s) with holiday motifs like holly, wreaths, Christmas trees, Santa, and Poinsettia plants. Made by a Presbyterian Church quilting group in Algona, Iowa, it has been long-arm quilted in curlicues.
The back is a beautiful green and red cotton fabric with prancing reindeer and snowflakes, as is the binding that has been handstitched to the front. The batting is lightweight.
It is approximately 38 inches by 42 inches and has a display sleeve sewn into the back.
