Vintage 1960s Child’s Quilt – Hand Embroidered Nursery Animals – 40” x 63”

This charming vintage 1960s child’s quilt features an adorable collection of hand embroidered nursery animals and playful figures—bears, ducks, bunnies, puppies, horses, birds, and a pig—along with bundled children in winter outfits. Each figure is outlined in colorful embroidery stitches on a crisp white cotton ground.

It has been machine quilted in simple horizontal lines, while the back is white cotton and the binding is pink cotton that has been machine-stitched to the front and machine-and-hand-stitched to the back. The batting appears to be flannel and is lightweight.

The quilt is in excellent vintage condition with no issues noted.
