This stunning vintage 1950s chenille bedspread features a bold double peacock design, with two mirrored peacocks with dramatic, fanned tails in vivid jewel tones. The fluffy chenille is filled with brilliant blues, greens, yellows, oranges, and reds forming the iconic peacock “eye” motifs across the spread.

Set against a crisp white cotton ground with classic tufts, the composition is beautifully framed by a scrolling chenille border accented with colorful floral medallions. A secondary pair of smaller peacocks is at the top.
