Antique 1930s Dutch Tile Quilt – Hand-Pieced & Hand-Quilted – 70” x 84”

This beautiful Dutch Tile Quilt dates to the mid 1930s to early 1940s and features a striking eight-pointed star in aqua turquoise, deep navy blue, and cream-white.

Hand-pieced and hand-quilted, the quilting is in outlines of the patchwork and in tiny stars within the white blocks. The back is white-cream cotton-muslin while the binding is navy blue cotton that has been hand-stitched to both sides. The cotton batting is lightweight.

The quilt is in excellent vintage condition.
