Modern Cat Quilt – “Cats in the Window” – Black, White & Red – Handmade – 55” x 68”

Bold, graphic, and full of personality, this striking “Cats in the Window” quilt was handmade and features a playful design of silhouetted cats peering out from stylized window blocks. The color palette is dramatic - black, white, and vibrant red -- resulting in a contemporary, art-quilt feel. The longarm quilting is done in a free-motion swirling pattern across the red and black areas and in curlicues along the four-sided border.

Each block uses unique black-and-white prints—from florals to geometrics to whimsical motifs, while the outer border is made of a flowing dotted wave pattern, as is the back. The binding is black cotton that has been machine-stitched to the front and hand-stitched to the back. The batting is lightweight.

CONDITION: The quilt is in excellent condition with no issues noted.
