Vintage 1950s Snowball Quilt – Feedsack Fabrics – Hand-quilted – 80” x 90”

A vibrant and beautifully crafted Snowball Quilt dating to the 1950-1960s, that has been hand-pieced and hand-quilted. The colors are bright -- reds, blues, yellows, greens, and pink. The hand-quilting is in geometric patterns in the body of the quilt and in elaborate hand-quilted curlicues along the four-sided border.

The back is white cotton as is the binding that has been machine-stitched to the front and hand-stitched to the back. The cotton batting is lightweight.

The quilt is in excellent vintage condition with no issues noted.
