Modern 2012 Tessellating Star Quilt – Bright Scrappy Fabrics – Long Arm Quilted – 80" x 91"

This cheerful Tessellating Star quilt has a wonderful "interlocking puzzle" pattern beautifully arranged against a crisp white background. Made in 2012 and signed by the maker, the quilt has been expertly longarm quilted in curlicues and swirls. The maker, Lorraine Wellens of Wisconsin, was an avid quilter her whole life with her family reporting that she was working on making her quilts right up to the day she died at age 86.

The back is a chestnut brown and white cotton print while the binding is dark chestnut print that has been machine stitched to the front and hand-stitched to the back. The batting is lightweight.

CONDITION: The quilt is in excellent condition with no condition issues noted.
