Vintage Double Nine Patch Quilt; 1930-1940s; hand-quilted; 69"x82"

Beautiful Double Nine-Patch Quilt with diamond quilting and a four-sided green and white border. The individual squares measure just over 1 inch.

The back is white cotton while the binding is a narrow green cotton that has been machine stitched to the front and hand-stitched to the back in very tiny stitches. The cotton batting is very lightweight.

The quilt is in excellent condition, with some small spots of light blue color transfer. See photos.

This lovely quilt has been soaked, hand-washed and line-dried. It is clean and soft and measures 69 inches by 82 inches. From a smoke-free, pet-free home. Shown on a queen-size bed.
