Vintage Overall Sam Summer Coverlet – Mid-Century Appliqué – 76” x 92”

A joyful and graphic mid-century Overall Sam summer coverlet, featuring cheerful Overall Sam figures dressed in denim blue overalls with different patterned shirts, framed by bright yellow sashing. Each figure is individually appliquéd and has details like pockets and handkerchiefs and other tiny accents. The horizontal sashing has also been embroidered in red with a very tiny train and car motif. See photos.

The coverlet is tied, not quilted and has no batting. The back is bright white cotton that has been turned to the front and machine-stitched to form the binding.

The coverlet is in excellent vintage condition with no issues noted.
