Vintage 1930s Feed Sack Quilt Top – Unfinished Patchwork – 58” x 78”

This authentic 1930s quilt top is a wonderful example of Depression-era thrift and creativity, made entirely from vintage cotton feed sack fabrics. The top features vertical patchwork columns of pieced feed sack prints, separated by narrow blue sashing strips.

The fabrics visible throughout are classic 1930s feed sack prints, including:
• Small-scale floral sprays
• Ditsy and calico motifs
• Geometric and dot patterns
• Novelty feed sack designs typical of the era
• Soft, slightly textured cottons consistent with Depression-era sack cloth

Important: This is a quilt top only. It has no batting, no quilted, and no backing. It will require completion before it can be used as a finished quilt.
