Antique 1930s LeMoyne Star Quilt • Feed Sack Florals • Cobalt Blue Sashing • 70” x 82”

This Depression-era LeMoyne Star quilt is hand-pieced and hand-quilted and radiates color with its cobalt blue sashing and bright chrome yellow cornerstones that frame the scrappy star blocks pieced from authentic 1930s–1940s feed sack prints, ginghams, stripes, and florals. The hand-quilting is in tiny, precise stitching and in patterns of cross-hatches, cross-hatch grids and outlines of the stars.

• Authentic 1930s–40s feed sack florals (yellow/blue calicos, pink florals, scattered sprigs)
• Black-and-white ginghams and small-scale checks
• Multicolor Depression-era stripes
• Red and pink micro-ginghams
• Solid peach/orange centers
• Solid chrome yellow cornerstones
• Rich cobalt blue cotton sashing

The back is bright orange that has been turned to the front and hand-stitched to form the binding. The cotton batting is lightweight.

This quilt is in excellent vintage condition with no issues noted.
