This charming little Broken Sash Quilt from the 1920s-1930s features soft period fabrics arranged in the classic broken sash pattern. It is a beautiful little quilt that works well in farmhouse, cottage, primitive, or country interiors. It has been finely hand-quilted in outlines of the curved piecework.
The back is a red and white geometric print while the binding is a narrow green cotton that has been hand-stitched to both sides. The cotton batting is very lightweight.
CONDITION: The quilt remains in excellent antique condition overall with a couple of small tan spots on the front and a larger tan spot on the back (see photos).
