Antique Four Queens Quilt with feather wreath quilting: 1910-1920s; hand-quilted (66x75 inches)

This Four Queens Quilt; circa 1910-1920s, has been finely pieced with all-white star medallions in the center of each of the "four queens". The quilting is also exquisite with feather wreaths with diamond centers quilted in the open white sections The quilting is also in outlines of the patchwork.

The back is white cotton that has been turned to the front and hand-stitched. The cotton batting is very lightweight.

The quilt is in excellent condition with overall fading of the fabrics.

It has been soaked, hand-washed and line-dried and is clean and soft. The quilt measures 66 inches by 75 inches and comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home. Shown on a queen-size bed.
