Antique Spider Web Quilt: Circa 1890-1910; hand-quilted (75x87")

This Spider Web Quilt, circa 1890-1910, is beautifully hand-quilted in the pattern of the spider webs and in diagonals. There is a narrow border around all four sides in the same floral pattern as the sashing.

The back is off-white muslin as is the binding that has been hand-stitched to both sides. The cotton batting is lightweight.

The quilt is in excellent, never-used condition.

The quilt measures 75 inches by 87 inches and comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home. Shown on a queen-size bed.
