Vintage 1930s Ocean Waves Quilt - Hand Quilted Depression Era Heirloom - 63” x 70”

This 1930s Ocean Waves Quilt is pieced from hundreds of precision-pieced scrappy feedsack triangles set against a vibrant "Nile Green" solid ground. The hand-quilting is in cross-hatches through the triangles and in spiderwebs/bullseyes in the green areas.

The back is white cotton while the binding is green cotton that has been machine-stitched to the back and hand-stitched to the front. The cotton batting is very lightweight.

The quilt is in excellent condition with a fraying binding.
