Vintage 1970s Double Wedding Ring Quilt – Hand Quilted – Cottage Style Quilt – 64” x 84”

This beautiful vintage Double Wedding Ring quilt was handmade in the 1970s and features a palette of pastel florals, pinks, greens, yellows, and blues arranged in repeating patchwork arcs that form the classic wedding ring design. The rings are pieced from many small floral prints typical of the 1970s revival of traditional quilt patterns, with soft blue connector blocks anchoring the rings.

The quilt is hand quilted throughout in outlines of the patchwork and in complex floral designs in the white blocks. The back is white cotton while the quilt has been knife-edge finished with machine- and hand-stitching. The batting is lightweight.

The quilt is in excellent vintage condition with no issues noted.
