Vintage 1960s Baby Quilt – Hand Embroidered Elephants – Crib Size 33” x 39”

This charming vintage baby quilt features a delightful series of hand-embroidered elephant blocks, each depicting an elephant in a different scene—from reading and music to sports. A label on the back reads “Specially Fashioned by Grandma." It is hand-quilted in outlines of the blocks and the embroidery.

The quilt is finished with bright blue sashing and a novelty print backing with tiny strawberries, hearts, and geometric motifs—that has been turned to the front and hand-stitched to form the binding. The batting is lightweight.
