This is a beautiful quilt with a lovely color palette. It is a Four Corner Puzzle Quilt, circa 1930s, with soft coral frames and layered patchwork made of vintage cottons, including small-scale ginghams, stripes, and plaids in soft blues, greens, and muted pinks. The borders -- in a delicate gray-lavender check and a rich mustard grid -- frame the quilt.
The back is a blue-grey plaid cotton, while the binding is a grey plaid that has been machine-stitched to both sides. The cotton batting is very lightweight.
CONDITION: The quilt is in excellent vintage condition with a binding that has beginning fraying.
