Full of classic 1930s charm, this Vintage Double Nine Patch Quilt with Scalloped Edge features a beautiful palette of blush pinks and cheerful floral prints set against a crisp white ground. The hand-quilting is in repeating shell patterns.
The back is white cotton while the binding is pink cotton that has been hand-stitched to both sides. The cotton batting is lightweight.
CONDITION: More than 95% of the quilt is sturdy and intact and in very good condition. It displays beautifully, but there is an approximately 5-inch tear on one border (see photos), a pulled seam on a white square, and a fraying binding. See photos.
