Vintage 1980s Umbrella Quilt -- Cottage-Style Florals -- 82" x 100"

A charming and cheerful vintage umbrella quilt made of soft cottage florals in shades of dusty blue, seafoam green, blush pink, and cream. This large quilt features rows of umbrella blocks set against a light ivory background, creating a wonderful airy and country cottage look. The hand quilting is in outlines of the umbrellas and in outlines of the blocks.

The fabrics and styling date this quilt to approximately the 1980s, during the height of the country calico and cottage floral quilting revival. The back is white cotton while the quilt has been knife-edge finished and machine and hand-stitched to finish the edge. The batting is lightweight.

CONDITION: The quilt is in excellent vintage condition with no issues noted.
