Vintage Unique 1930s Going Around the World Quilt – Waves of Colors – 68” x 68”

This Going Around the World Quilt is a rarely found pattern made of bands of vibrant pink, blue, yellow, red, green, and lavender, creating a ripple effect that radiates outward from the center.

Made from an assortment of small-scale floral prints and bright solid fabrics typical of the early Depression period, it is hand quilted in repeating shell grids. The back is white cotton that has been turned to the front and handstitched to form the binding. The cotton batting is unsized and lightweight.

CONDITION: The quilt is in excellent vintage condition with a small repair in the green section (see photos which are an important part of the description). It is sturdy and the colors remain vibrant. is good overall for its age.
