Vintage Animal Pyramid Child’s Quilt – Early 2000s – Cotton – 43” x 46”

This charming child’s quilt, dating to the early 2000s, features a pyramid of colorful animals, including a panda, rabbit, fox, penguin, turtle, elephants, giraffe, sheep, and other creatures.

Made with high-quality cotton fabrics, the quilt features a soft white background decorated with scattered stars, hearts, dots, and swirls. The central animal design is framed by three coordinating borders, including coral pink checks, multicolored dots, and cheerful pastel stripes, finished with coral pink binding.

The quilt has been expertly longarm quilted in an intricate allover pattern of swirling lines, circles, and stars. The back is a coordinating pink, navy, and white plaid cotton flannel while the binding is coral cotton that has been machine stitched to the front and handstitched to the back. The batting is lightweight.

A sewn label on the back reads "I am a child of God" (referencing John 1:12) and identifies the maker as a Christian quilting ministry.
