This very large Grandmother's Flower Garden Quilt is circa 1940-1950s and is made up of more than 5,000 hexagons, each of which has been hand-quilted in the shape of the hexagon.
The back is white cotton as is the binding that has been machine stitched to the front and hand-stitched to the back. The batting is lightweight.
The quilt is in excellent condition with no condition issues noted.
It is a king-size quilt measuring approximately 92 inches by 98 inches and comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home. Pictured on a queen-size bed.
