Vintage 1930s Churn Dash Quilt – Hand Quilted – Tea Rose Pink & Nile Green – 77" x 78"

This beautiful quilt features a classic Churn Dash pattern pieced and set on point with alternating white blocks. It is rendered in tea rose pink and Nile green, colors that were a favorite during the 1930s Depression-era.

The quilt is entirely hand quilted, with unique and graceful geometric patterns, feathered floral motifs, and oval quilting along the borders. The hand stitching is even, tiny and consistent while the overall pattern is crisp, clean, and well balanced.

The back is white cotton while the binding is tea rose pink that has been machine stitched to the front and hand-stitched to the back. The cotton batting is lightweight.

The quilt is in excellent vintage condition with no condition issues noted. It has been soaked and carefully hand-washed and line-dried.
