This cheerful vintage Grandmother’s Flower Garden quilt from the 1970s features the classic hexagon flower design and has been carefully hand-pieced from hundreds of hexagons surrounding bright yellow centers. The quilt is completely hand pieced and hand quilted, with quilting stitches following the hexagon shapes across the top. A soft four-sided pastel green cotton-flannel hexagon border frames the quilt.
The back is light blue cotton, as is the binding that has been machine stitched to the back and hand-quilted to the front. The batting is lightweight.
The quilt is in excellent vintage condition with no issues noted.
