Vintage 1960s Baby Quilt – Bright Red Hand Quilted Animal & Toy Motifs – 37” x 51”

This vintage baby quilt dates to the 1960s and features nursery motifs set against a vivid red diamond ground, with blocks of printed figures including animals, toys, castles, umbrellas and ice cream. The graphics have a storybook quality and are in bright hues of yellow, turquoise, green, and orange.

Hand quilted throughout in a concentric diamond grid pattern, the quilt has a white cotton back that has been turned to the front and hand-stitched to form the binding. The cotton batting is very lightweight.

CONDITION: The quilt is in excellent vintage condition with no issues noted.
